I love Lolly's physical run through of extremely specific awareness throughout the body as well as the space around the body. It sets me up to relax fully and embrace every sensation created by my breath. Their choice of words throughout the guided meditation felt aligned with what I needed in that moment. Even in areas where I struggled, they had helpful tips to implement in my own meditations in the future. Grateful for such an exploratory look at something I usually take for granted!
